Q: I want to start couples therapy. How does that work?

A: After a brief telephone conversation, we will decide together whether your first appointment should be as a couple or meeting with me first in individual sessions. This determination is based on a number of factors,  including your preference and the issues you are bringing to therapy.

Q: Do you offer a free "meet and greet" or introductory session?

A: I am happy to provide a brief telephone consultation where I can answer any questions you might have about me, how I work, or about therapy in general.

Q: Is therapy with you covered by my Extended Health coverage?

A: Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. See "Rates and Insurance" page for details.
